
CONVECTION OVEN DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat convection oven to 375°F.
- Spray pan lightly with oil to prevent sticking.
- Empty contents of 52 oz foodservice pouch in 2", 1/2 size steam table pan.
- Arrange sauce cubes evenly on top.
- Cover with Aluminum foil.
- Bake for 1 hour.
Optional - add 1/2 cup water for softer texture.
BOIL IN BAG DIRECTIONS:
- Place frozen pouch in boiling water and heat for 65 – 85 minutes or until heated through to 165° F.
- Carefully open pouch and pour contents into a serving dish.
- If desired, fluff gently with a fork and serve.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (based on 1000 watt oven):
- Empty the pouch into a shallow microwaveable baking dish. Arrange sauce cubes evenly on top.
- Cover and microwave for 14 – 16 minutes or until heated through and sauce is completely melted.
- Allow to stand for 30 seconds.
- If desired, fluff gently with a fork, serve and enjoy.
