
Sour Cream Potato Bake

1 lb ground beef
1 (26 oz.) bag of frozen Sour Cream & Chives Baked Potato Quick Sides
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 ¼ cups chopped green onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown meat. Drain excess fat.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic, and tomato sauce.
- Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add a cup of green onion. Simmer mixture for another minute and then set aside.
- Put whole bag of Baked Potato Quick Sides into a 9x13 baking dish.
- Pour beef mixture on top of potato.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of green onion on top and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Serve.
